Known for sophisticated basics and impeccable tailoring, Emerson Fry’s FW 2014 line is full of yummy menswear inspired cuts, oversized knits and fabulous coats. I’m obsessed with ALL OF IT, especially that insanely cute drop-shoulder coat (below)!
While the entirety of this gorgeous collection is expected to be released on August 25th, those desiring early access to shop (yes, please) can sign up here.

Aesthetic genius and blogger extraordinaire, Aimee Song, gives Tibi’s Pre-Fall 2014 Collection her signature laid-back, West Coast vibe in seven swoon worthy looks. The collection and all its fabulousness is available for your perusal at Tibi’s features shop. My obsession: that pink crop top and midi skirt–insanely gorgeous!

I was introduced to this newbie NYC based designer after popping into Hampden Clothing last weekend. The designs, details and tailoring are impeccable–not to mention the prints. I was immediately in love. This season’s collection has a whimsical tropical vibe inspired by Ed Rushca’s “A Few Palm Trees.” Isn’t it darling?

Charleston is literally covered in a sheet of ice right now (#worstwinterever) so let’s focus on something a little more… vibrant. Inspiring and eye-catching (no pun intended) are just a few words to describe Karen Walker‘s latest and greatest eyewear campaign. Entitled “Visible,” the lookbook features Kenya-based artisans, including machinists, tailors, production managers, and metal workers–all of which obtained craft skills through the UN’s Ethical Fashion Initiative. Fostering collaborations between craftspeople and fashion designers, the initiative aims to promote fair and sustainable businesses rather than a reliance on direct aid to impoverished regions (love that). With images as spirited and dynamic as the shades themselves, the New Zealand designer ceases to amaze.
Each pair of new season styles comes in a screen-printed pouch made by the very artisan’s featured in the campaign–how cool is that? The collection will be available in stores February 3rd.

Newcomer Jordana Warmflash has only shown two collections since launching Novis in 2012, but I’m already hooked. Her S/S 2014 collection revealed a playful contemporary take on classic feminine silhouettes with a nod to mid-century fashion. Think full skirts, bustier tops, cropped trousers and boxy jackets–all in an impeccable mix of coral, mint, yellow and periwinkle.
Definitely one to watch!

I don’t know about you but I’m soooo over winter! J.Crew’s Spring Lookbook is the perfect excuse to dream of warmer weather and ridiculously cute spring dressing.
Loving the bold florals, Hawaiian prints, stripes and lots of 2013’s color of the year–Emerald!
Can’t get enough of short suits too, glad they seem to have some staying power.
Ooh and that yellow dress… too cute for words.
Now if it could only get warm….!
Emerging designer Katie Ermilio is seriously on the rise. Known for her classic retro-inspired cocktail attire, Ermilio is gaining popularity among celebs and is launching collaborations with Barneys and Anthropologie’s bridal line BHLDN. And why not? Her sophisticated designs connote the epitome of modern glamour and are sure to make any gal feel like Grace Kelly–oh yeah, her grandfather was Grace Kelly’s personal tailor. Minor detail. For the next four days, Ermilio’s SS 2013 collection (my new obsession) is available for pre-order at Moda Operandi. Do check it out, you won’t be let down.
